Ukraine’s Skyeton Tests Hydrogen-Powered Raybird UAV

Ukrainian UAV maker Skyeton successfully conducted an in-country test flight of its Raybird drone equipped with a hydrogen fuel cell. The company is developing a new fuselage design specifically for hydrogen integration to enhance performance. The Raybird is designed for surveillance, reconnaissance, and can be armed for light strikes with Skyeton’s Remora glide weapon. CEO Roman Knyazhenko stated the goal is to achieve over 15 hours of endurance with a payload in extreme conditions. This advancement marks a significant step in extending UAV operational capabilities.
